The location was perfect, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were really amazing.

The hotel was excellent and perfect for families. The whole theme and atmosphere surrounding the hotel was a really magical experience for all, but especially for the children. The rooms themselves were quite spacious, and despite being one room the two sleeping areas were segregated and so there was some privacy too! The hotel grounds were lovely with many activities for the children - swings and even a zip line! It was a very quiet area, despite the number of people there. Breakfast was very good and parking is available in the hotel grounds (free). Pool is quite large and very nice too. Staff were always helpful. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Magic hotel is really magic for kids and adults, too.

The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. They let us use the pool even after checkout.

My partner and I brought two of her grandchildren to Gardaland. I'm still waiting for my own granddaughter or grandson, but we’ll bring her or him one day too. The hotel is such that the younger of two grandchildren actually thought they were already in Gardaland. :) They thoroughly enjoyed the pool with the entertainers.
