Very good communication. The appartement was a 8 out of 10. With the pool, you could give it a 8.5 . The location is a little bit up the hill, so you will take the car may be in the hot summer days, but therefor, it was pleasently quite, which was more important to us.

Good location and nice size flat. Well maintained and clean. Arrival was easily arranged and convenient parking outside. Short walk to nearest supermarkets and short car drive to centre of Desenzano. Flat has all the faciities required for a stay. Nice large balcony.

Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, pulito, silenzioso con parcheggio vicinissimo, ottima la posizione per gli spostamenti

Appartement leent zich prima voor verblijf nabij Gardameer. Stefano is via Whatsapp goed bereikbaar en reageert altijd heel snel. Is behulpzaam ook als je zelf onbedoeld de stroomschakelaar van de vaatwasser heb uitgezet. Ook bood hij ons zijn schuur in de kelder aan om onze fietsen te kunnen stallen tijdens ons verblijf. Zelf kwam hij snel langs voor een door ons gemelde stroomstoring in het appartement. Ondanks dat we deze uiteindelijk zelf hadden veroorzaakt doordat we teveel apparaten tegelijk hadden aangezet en heeft hij het keurig voor ons opgelost. TIP: hang nog een mededeling op dat de het zwembad tussen 13.00 uur en 15.00 uur niet gebruikt kan worden.
