Everything was truly excellent, the staff, location, the room, and cleanliness. The staff was kind and always ready to help, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the place. Highly recommended, I would definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast! There was a swimming pool and sunbeds inside. Personal was helpful. The location is very good, but we didn't have time to visit the river beach, so can't say how far it is. Next time will stay for more than one night!

Not much to say: a four star hotel, with four star service, location, everything. Very satisfied!

We had no breakfast, but I expect it to be on par.

I chose the location to be close to Vittoriale to enjoy sunset concerts and so it is: you can walk there in ten minutes, or stop to restaurants and bars. Everything is expensive, but good, and the view on the lake is pretty lovely!

Despite the high season we could always find a parking spot nearby; the management told us they even have a charging facility.

Only few steps to lungolago with many restaurants. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows, nice staff, very good breakfast.

Everything, the hotel was dreamlike. Amazing staff and facilities. Thanks so much for an excellent stay.
