I love staying in the Spanish Steps area and this was perfectly located. The rooms were clean and quiet and spacious and the owners really nice. The restaurant at the bottom of the Garibaldi stairs was excellent. Breakfast was a cappuccino, croissant with marmalade and a spremuta of orange juice, all thoroughly enjoyed and Ihad fried artichoke, saltimbocca, cream di scampi for various dinners, all terrific.

The room was extremely comfortable and very well appointed with luxurious touches such as the best mattress I've had in a hotel in years, large towels, etc. Though the room overlooks a street active with cafes, restaurants, and strollers right off the Spanish Steps, the sound literally disappeared upon closing the airtight windows. It is a real find.

Very convenient to a lot of the main attractions in Rome so walkable

Once inside we climbed up the stairs to the 1st floor and was welcomed by the host to check in. She gave us a tour of both rooms which were simple but elegant! The beds were extremely comfortable in both rooms and pillows (6) on each bed were soft and clean and crisp! Perfect!

The location was less then two minutes from the Spanish Steps, but our street was very quite considering how close we were.
