The place was cosy and warm. The rooms were inviting. The house was clean and very spacious. We were always able to find parking across the street even at late hours.

They welcomed us very kindly, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay perfect. We really liked the eclectic style of the apartment, which featured many unique items and decorations. It felt a bit like a time capsule, as if someone had equipped the place with the most modern things in the late '90s, and it has stayed that way ever since. Valmadrera is a wonderful, peaceful place, and the beach was close by. We traveled around the lake, and I have to say that the local beach was the best. Parking was easy, with plenty of space available on a grassy area, and the view was the most beautiful. We spent hours on the terrace, it was simply wonderful. The neighbors were also very nice. We cooked some great meals, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen

It was nice to relax on the balcony providing you took measures to ward off the mosquitoes - a downside of the balcony was it wasn't large enough for a table and chairs to eat at. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Bathroom facilities were excellent, although the shower was unpredictable swapping to different modes without instruction. Sabrina was an excellent host and answered all our queries promptly and well. There was a fan for each bedroom - which was brilliant!

Good location for visiting Lake Como attractions. Good connections by bus to Lecco & Como. Bellagio area from Lecco too. The flat in the house is really nice and comfortable with great domestic facilities: everything you need to enjoy your stay in a independent family home. Sabrina, our host, is great, very friendly and always willing to help. Great advice on where to go and how to get there.
