Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, free parking, nice pool and spa area, and really close to the Chianciano thermal baths. Would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.
Spa. Massage and reflexology. Excellent food In restaurant. Excellent wine list.Friendly, efficient staff at front desk, restaurant and spa. Convenient location for shopping.
They offered a free breakfast- it was super!!!
The spa they offered was great, however we needed to leave.
Evening management greeted up at 10pm. Super and he was very nice too.
Very good experience. I enjoyed very much the cleaningness of the rooms and the spa service. Good breakfast too. The parking was very useful.
The staff is amazing, trying to make your life as easy as possible, including soya milk cappuccino :) The bar and garden area are very relaxing. The hotel restaurant serves good food. The property is very clean as well.
