Great location. 5-10mins walking to many sites. No shortage of restaurants to choose from. Very clean. Well appointed. No front desk but very easy communication with off site staff.

I loved that it was a nice design: pretty good for Venice and I had 2 balconies! Clean and has a coffee machine inside

Nice room & bath, although would be nice to have shelf in shower for soap. Nice to get 3 bottles of water, but one of them was open & partially gone. When I saw breakfast staff the next morning, she refused to replace the water with a new bottle. Also was a little cold in the room and couldn’t adjust the heat. Would have been nice to connect with a staff person.

The place is tricky to find but the owner sent us a map and google map finally gots its act together and actually worked. The place is very close to all the tourist sites and very clean and comfortable. They sent us a link to register and pay after we booked on booking.com on a different link and register on the system. I was skeptical about it but it looks to have worked. I would have like to pay on booking.com online because giving my card details on a link provided by a message felt really unsafe. That is my only complaint! The place was nice, very clean and they give you pin and codes for the outside entrance and room, which was convenient for us.
