We stayed in this apartment for three nights and were very satisfied. The kitchen was fully equipped, including cookware; there was a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, and they even provided some cookies. Before our arrival, they contacted us to remind us to check in online, and after we checked in, they asked if we needed any assistance and told us to contact them if we had any questions. They were very friendly. The location of the apartment is excellent-just a 5-minute walk to the metro, 15 minutes on foot to the Duomo, and there is a restaurant downstairs and a supermarket just a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended for families visiting Milan.
Great location with just a short walk to the Duomo and all the sites. The Vetra metro stop is a 3 minute walk and getting to Linate airport is a straight line with no transfers. Very clean, up to date place, would definitely stay again.
Apartment was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and very comfortable for 5 people. They provided clean slippers, which was a very nice touch. Staff was very helpful and readily available to answer any questions. There are many restaurants just steps from apartment. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to duomo but that is with window shopping on way. There are tram and metro close by but it was a nice walk. There is a lift for luggage. I would recommend this apartment for your visit to Milan.
The location is really excellent, walking distance from most attractions. The apartment was really well equipped with everything you may need. And the staff was super nice and helpful
The staff were absolutely amazing. We had some WiFi issues - they sent a tech out right away. They stored our luggage when we left, they got us taxis, they checked in constantly. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything you would need including a washer/dryer machine.
