The hosts were exceptional and gave lots of recommendations. The studio was well located and very clean!

The room was clean with comfortable beds. The mini kitchen was well equipped. The host was very kind and communicative.

We had a great experience at the flat. The location was great and it was possible to reach almost everywhere just walking. There was a bakery in front of it, where we could have a good breakfast. There were many nearby restaurants as well. Even though the flat was an adapted apartment where each room became a separate flat, only the common entrance was really shared. We never saw the other guests, although it was possible to hear that there were guests in the other flats. Therefore, it provided a good level of privacy.

The location is a little further out of the main part of Florence, so if you have luggage you will need to catch a taxi or a bus from Santa Maria Novella, but the price is good.

The apartment is compact, but has everything you need, it has a private bathroom, although separated from the apartment by a small corridor (absolutely not an issue). The real star of this apartment is the host Andrea, who is an absolute gentleman. He very carefully showed us the ins and outs of the apartment and provided us with all the necessary details of the city and the apartment. He was constantly available to help and answered messages immediately, he even offered to carry our weighty luggage up three floors to the apartment. I recommend this apartment without any hesitation.
