The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Location was close to the colosseum and restaurants.
Nice hotel in great location, just 5 min walk from Colosseum. Nearby is full of cafe bars and restaurants. People who work in hotel are very helpful, especially Barbara, she is a fantastic host. They clean daily rooms.
The room was lovely, everything as described and even more. There is a nice shared coffee machine in the corridor so you can make coffee in the morning. The hostess was very kind and very helpful. Check in and check out were very easy. We didn't have any problems with noise and the location was amazing. The hostess was easily reachable through the phone number provided with very quick responses.
Clean, hot water, ac, very close to the coliseum and last but not least, very friendly and helpful staff!
Barbara was lovely, helpful and accommodating. She offered useful suggestions for dining, sightseeing and transportation. She was a pleasure to interact with!
