The staff there was super nice and definitely did everything they could to accommodate my needs! Best staff ever!
The Terminal Waters were amazing. The room was beautiful overlooking the pool area. The food was excellent!
Pool area is exceptionally nice with the ability to swim inside-outside in the same pool. Also, the staff is incredibly nice and polite. Rooms are comfortable and the beds are nice and spacious.
It’s a time warp of a hotel. We were made to feel comfortable from the first minute we arrived. Food good and staff exceptional. We will return if the second pool is refurbished.
Ottima colazione. Piscine appropriate al 100%. Staff alquanto disponibile. Da sottolineare la efficienza dalla Sigra, Donatella e dal Direttore Generale.
