Hotel Antica Cascina Del Golfo is an ancient farmhouse. Surrounded by a 105 ft² estate, it is set on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare. The hotel features a large terrace furnished with tables and chairs and an infinity pool. Guests can relax here while enjoying the panoramic sea views. A varied buffet breakfast is served every morning. It is made of local and homemade products. The colorful rooms are air-conditioned and simply decorated. With wood furniture, they have their own private entrance, and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Some offer sea views. Providing free on-site parking, Antica Cascina is 1.6 mi from Scopello town center and from the Zingaro Natural Reserve. Castellammare del Golfo is a 15-minute drive away.

The location and view is one of the best you will find anywhere in the world; a breathtaking view and fantastic infinity pool! There are only 10 rooms, which is refreshing, and you feel like you have the whole place to yourself. Also, this hotel is adults only; so for some, this is very attractive! The rooms are cleaned daily and nothing is left uncleaned, including the toilet, shower, sink and floors, as well as freshly laundered towels. The options for breakfast include a vast array of bruschetta, eggs, pastries, bread, jams, croissants and a selection of espresso, coffee and cappuccino. What sets this property apart from others, are the owners. They are able to speak English and are happy to accommodate any requests you may have, assist with arranging for transportation and are some of the most genuine, friendly and pleasant people you will ever come across! Outstanding experience!!!
Beautiful place with spectacular views and overall great vibes. Such a wonderful way to end our stay in Sicily. To watch the sunset and the sunrise over looking the entire coastline was magical.
The view is breathtaking! The bed was so comfortable! The staff is amazing, breakfast is wonderful and you can order sandwiches and salads for lunch or dinner.
This family run property is phenomenal. I’d give it a 6 if I could. Fantastic service and the view is as spectacular as any place I have ever been. Like most things in life it’s a bit of a trudge up the hill BUT it is so worth the trip. Utterly fantastic. Giovanna and her family are super attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Great breakfast and with only 9 rooms personal attention is guaranteed. One of the most amazing places we have ever stayed!
The owner is a great lady! She is always there but at the same time she is not too invasive. She also has a good sense of humor.
