Was a very comfortable place, nice rooms, bathrooms, the AC was GREAT, because the city is too hot right now. You have a coomon kitchen where you can have cold beaverages, coffee and something to eat. Of course, you have to pay them, but are very cheap in compare to buy them in the city. You are very close to the coliseum walking, or you can take a bus and go any where in less of 30 minutes.

It had a lounge area with tea,coffee and small pastries for a small purchase! (Everything under 2euros) . This helped me during my travels to charge my phone sit and enjoy some down town until my train came. Also used the bag storage while doing so, because I checked out that morning which was super awesome ! A really great family owned property! I will definitely book for my next visit to Rome.

Very close to train station, lots of shops and restaurants around. Nice hosts. Cheap snacks and refreshments available which was handy. Air conditioning available in the room.
