Room was excellent; excellent mattress; ample shelving and drawers; perfect climate control with heat pump; just right bathroom with good shelving.
Breakfast was more than ample; hostess/owner was personable, gracious and helpful.
Hot pool/Roman bath was an unexpected treat.
Perfectly located 30 feet from a bus stop and easily walkable to Sant’Angelo.
Very friendly, clean and nice bedroom, good location for both thermal water and Sant Angelo, bar near the hotel, there is a SPA downstairs, kitchen was clean and foods was fresh.

Marisa made us feel very welcome. Our room was cleaned daily. The room was comfortable and air conditioning was great too. Breakfast was enjoyable too. The location of the property is a short walk from Sant Angelo. Approx 12 minutes to. We really liked meeting most of the guest. Most were friendly to myself and my daughter. There is also a pool situated at the property and also a pool five minutes walk away.
The nicest place I have ever stayed. Felt like home as soon as we got there. The hosts were warm and friendly and served delicious meals at a reasonable price. The room was bright, clean and had a beautiful view, and the balcony is perfect. The best thing for me and my 6-year-old was the little swimming bath that was hot all the time - it must be being fed by a hot spring. An absolute gem.
