The location is good.. and the receptionist is so kind.

We occupied four rooms, in one room the air conditioner did not work, and they supplied a fan, My comments will be about room 506. The room is small, but adequate. However, the bed was so large that that door could not fully open. The cabinet to hang clothes requires that you are 1.8 metres (about 6 foot) tall to reach the hanging rod, or you have to stand on the bed. The shower curtain was not sufficient for the task. There was no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. The shutters were very good, so that all light and sounds were blocked at night. The parking lot was fully gated and very secure. The hotel was very close to the railroad with a quick trip to the island of Venice. There is a large grocery store just three blocks from the hotel. The staff were very helpful. The on-site breakfast nook had good coffee and croissants for two and half Euros. The restaurant served good food at a reasonable price.

Location was excellent. Staff were really kind. very affordable.

The staff, close to: mestre train station, bus stop (bus 6 or 6L) will take you to venezia for 2+ euros, pharmacy and grocery store.

good location, if you want to visit Venice from there. Safe parking. Helpful staff. Not much luxury, as expected, but good for visiting Venice.
