the staff was very helpful in giving advice and directions about nearby places for a good coffee and breakfast, links with transport etc
Nice comfortable room with private bathroom and everything you need, even a balcony. It was clean and no noises. Metrostation and bus and tram close (few minutes walking). Some good priced restaurants close. Staff was friendly and let us bring our bags a bit earlier, which was really nice. Good value for money, better than other places in Rome.
