Friendly, local staff with great recommendations for food as well as tips for the Cinque Terre trails, passes and nearby villages. For international travelers, they also speak English. I would recommend calling directly if you have any questions about the property or the area.
The hotel was small and quaint.
Antonella was extremely accommodating with anything we needed.

Great location to explore Cinque Terre. Bus stop in front of hotel that takes you down to Manarola and the trains.
The lady is very helpful and her suggestions were 100% right.
Hotel was clean, well maintained, pleasant, and comfortable. The Hostess/owner was very gracious, accommodating, helpful! The breakfasts were excellent! The room provided great comfort and amenities.
