I must value the help of the people at the reception, very nice and helpful staff, understood our request to change a room and promptly did so. Breakfast was very nice, tasty and plentiful.
Good location for lake Garda and Verona

Once you ponder your expectations to the level of room price, this hotel will not disappoint. It is classic 3*** hotel but the vibe ti has is quite comfortable. There are much more expensive hotels with less emotions.
Very polite staff, good air conditioning, elevator, polite message on my language on the flipchart at the entrance of the hotel, good value for money
It was very nice, staff was very kind and the room comfortable. They had very nice breakfast too.
