The staff was very helpful, is a beautiful place to stay if you like to hike and rest during night.
The view was amazing and the staff also was welcoming and supportive the room was nice

The location is perfect - a little excluded but right by a beautiful lake/river and close to great hiking trails and via ferratas. The breakfast was nice - not the largest selection, but had everything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also really liked the spa area, which could be reserved in advance without any extra fees (including saunas and a hot tub).
