Front desk gentleman very professional and helped us in everything we need.
Staff were friendly and helped me find my coat after I realized I didn't have it when I checked out. Room was clean and sizable enough. Decent value for the price. Bathroom was good size as well. Bed was comfortable and I didn't have any noise issues at night. Nice location near the roma termini station and getting around rome is pretty accessible on foot or bus from here.
Perfectly located, easy to reach each part of the city. Staff welcoming, excellent quality/price ratio. Would stay here again.
