Room was spacious for a family of four with comfortable beds/mattresses. Also location was right outside Ortesei and easy to use public buses.
exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable rooms, and the best breakfast of the trip. It was a very easy bus ride into Ortisei and the front desk gave us bus passes
Very close to Ortisei. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they were an absolute delight at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The included breakfast buffet was perfect and just what we needed ahead of a big day. Special shoutout to violet the house dog, always around for a pat and a play!
Great breakfast and dinner. There was a lot of food and good quality. The room and common areas were spotless. Location was good- a short bus ride into Ortisei (10 minutes and bus stop 50 m from hotel). Staff was great - gave us free bus pass for our stay and provided good recommendations sites (Secada and Alpe di Suisi).
Clean and updated rooms with spacious showers. Breakfast was such a treat, including the prosciutto covered cantaloupe. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
