The host was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot with parking area that’s safe for cars and motorcycles.

Lovely hotel run by lovely people. The building itself is simply stunning, beautiful piece of art deco design. The beds were very comfortable. You can see the alps from the rooms. And there's even an aviary on site! 100% recommended!
The breakfast was good, the food was fresh and the attention from the receptionist was excellent. The elevator is old but it does the job, and it is located close to Lake Orta, which is suitable for going around this place.
