The staff at Hotel Sorriso was wonderful! Our receptionist Nadia was very friendly and gave us great local tips and recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Thanks to the staff, we had a great stay and felt very welcomed. The location was also ideal, as we did not need a car or bus pass to explore a wide variety of restaurants, clubs, shops and beaches within walking distance. The hotel also offers free rental bikes, though we found we could walk everywhere we needed to go. The hotel is on a quiet side street near the main road and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The hotel and surrounding area felt safe and was quiet at night. Our room and the hotel lobby was clean, well-maintained, air conditioned, and had strong wifi.

The hotel personnel were exceptional. When we arrived and wanted to check-in there was some problem with our rooms that probably happened because of booking. But the ladies at the reception were very nice and solved this problem. We had one more problem with the car and one of the ladies, Nadia, was so nice that she helped us with translating, because car mechanics spoke only italian and other lady, Angela, helped us with translating too, but with a tow car guy. We had food included and I can only say one thing about it and it was that it was very good, tasty and the portions were so big, that you couldn't finish it.

The breakfast is varied with many options for vegetarian and non vegetarian customers. It was my first time to see such a nice buffet for breakfast. The place is also very confortable. The staff is very well trained and very friendly and attentive to customers.
