The staff were wonderful! Both the hotel and restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. There’s a bus stop about a five minute walk away, so although the location is a little out of the way, it’s easy to get transport to other places. There’s also several food options in the plaza that are less than a minutes walk across the square, and you’re right next to the Torno ferry station. The restaurant is wonderful, everything we ate was delicious for breakfast and dinner alike. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and we had a balcony with a lovely view of the lake.
