The triple room on the higher floor was just fine for 2 nights. Tastefully appointed, AC worked well, the mattress was comfortable and firm. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and having a very peaceful nightcap. The building is close to many restaurants and bars but very quiet. Also close to the train and bus stops. The staff was communicative per whatsapp. It's important to know that there is no elevator, and the room is two stories up. For us, this was absolutely worth it to be up above the street, but some people might have trouble with carrying their bags.

Central location short walk Olbia railway and buses. Super spacious and clean, luckily was on the ground floor easier for luggage but the disadvantage is you cant open your blinds for natural light as its right on the street.
