Very good location near everything. Walking distance from 2 - 13 minute to anywhere. Awesome host she is very respectful and very helpful with fast replies to messages. She made our stay enjoyable she responded to message quickly and provided help when needed.

We had a great stay at Incantevole Via Torta Firenze. The location is steps from Piazza Santa Croce and convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed for a three night stay. Rosella was an excellent host, including helping us through a last minute parking issue. We will certainly stay here again for our next trip to Florence

The host/owner was extremely kind since the day I had my booking done. I have shared that I don’t speak Italian and shared some of my concern as solo traveler. I have also asked for recommendations of tours and directions to get there, which she quickly replied to. The courtesy of this host is remarkable! The bedroom was large, had a good air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a minibar and was in excellent location.

The Apartment was absolutely perfect, the location was amazing and the host was very helpful and lovely. The room was so light and airy with everything we needed! The apartment exceeded our expectations and we will definitely visit again if we get the chance! Its the perfect place to stay for a visit to Florence, with most attractions and restaurants on your doorstep. The Air-conditioning was very appreciated in the hot weather too! Thank you!
