We love the location and safety of the accommodation. Although the lady at the front , Front desk did not speak English we made it work with phone translator. Italian way workers are not there but you need to communicate with this app or phone call . LOVED THE LOCATION .5 minute walk to town centre shops etc.
The location was very good and central. The apartment had everything a house should have.
We have stayed at this apartment for the second time, it was as good as last time. The apartment was clean, we had all we needed, big comfy bed, kitchen with all the utilities that you need, its walking distance of five minutes to Duomo, really excellent for the price.
I like the service by Claudia and Cristiano is great! The place felt very homely - not just the facilities, but the food utensils, cleaning equipment, and simple pantry too, it was comfortable to settle in. Cristiano was also quick in helping us resolve a tripped circuit breaker.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all you need! A big bath, washing machine, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer etc. Staff was very helpful, and the apartment was literally 3-4 minutes walking to Duomo! I will definitely stay here again when we come for anniversary!
