Hello, It was exactly that we expected. We arrived during the night, because our flight was delayed . Instructions on how to get in and check in have been sent over chat. Everything is perfectly clear.
Great place location close to Termini, and to Santa Maria Maggiore.
Inside the room AC was working perfectly. A quiet room, when windows are closed.
The coffee machine and refrigerator are working fine.

Gorgeous room in a very nice area. Close to tons of restaurants and various gelato and pastry areas. Colosseum is a 10 minute walk and the Trevi fountain and pantheon is less than 30 minutes.
There was an elevator which made it super easy to bring our luggage up. AC in the room was super nice in the summer heat! The host Bruno was super accommodating as well.
