The unit was very spacious and clean. It was conveniently located - 5 minute walk to the metro and eating places nearby. We had one issue with the tankless water heater and the host responded and resolved the issue within 10-15 minutes.
Lots of space, the terrace was great and the owner welcoming and friendly. About a 20 minute walk to the Duomo and train station very close. There are lots of great restaurants around the neighborhood as well!
We had great communication with the host -- questions answered and information provided promptly and with good detail. Good directions to the self service key retrieval.
Very spacious apartment with nice vintage furniture. Ideally located near Metro, supermarket and restaurants. Host was most helpful and kind.
