Immaculately clean! The whole house is clean and well maintained, and smelled really fresh. The beds are very comfortable, even the pullout couch was comfortable. The AC was the best part since it was over 95 degrees when we were there. The kitchen has all the appliances you need (although we were very confused how the microwave was suppose to work), they even provided some basic condiments, and coffee pods! The owner is very responsive every time we have questions.
Very good location, as we needed to travel in Rome and to Tivoli, because metro/train station is in 10min by feet.

The apartment is in a quiet area where there are many shops and places to eat. The apartment is large, with two bathrooms and a fitness area. It is very clean and pleasant. There is also a large balcony with a nice view, in the summer it is certainly an attractive place. Good contact with the person renting. We lived quite comfortably with seven people.
