The apartment is very nice and clean. The beds are big and comfortable. The location itself is no that bad. It is on the last floor but it is an ok walk on the stairs. It is at 15-17 min from the central train station, 15 - 18 min walk to town center. Not that bad. Great value. The bathtub is small yes, but you can take a shower in it no problem, it would be better to make a shower in its place, that's all. if you are tall, the position on the toilet is strange. your knees touch the bidet, also not that bad.
The place was perfect and it had all amenities mentioned. The host Ester was very kind and sweet. She helped us with every queries we raised patiently. She even took us on a sunset boat tour in her own boat at a discounted price:)
