The host Samuele was simply impeccable. I booked the property for my parents and their friends and since they are old Samuele made sure that everything was taken care of. The service provided before and during the stay was of the highest quality, easy to communicate, offered extended guidance and support. The flat is superb, in a perfect location and great value for money. Very rare to find such a gem in Florence. Strongly recommend it.
