This was my favorite hotel out of all of my Italy trip. The room was beautiful, the host was friendly, and the location was perfect. Everything went beyond my expectations and I would definitely recommend.

We had such a lovely stay! Ricardo was so kind and helpful! He showed us where to park and told us all about the best spots in the city. The room was clean and stocked with everything we could need. He even walked us to get our car at 7am when we had to drive to the airport, just to show us the way out of town. I cannot recommend this spot enough!!

Great location from train station and all attractions places to visit in the City of Florence.

We had a pleasant stay at La Luna.. Ricardo is the most helpful manager. He was resposive at all times and even gave us recommendations as to where to go around the city.

Ricardo was a fantastic and enthusiastic host. Best host I’ve ever had. He provided us with chocolates, cookies, and focaccia upon arrival, and personally helped us with our luggage. He sat down with us with a city map and walked us through where we should go and what we should see, and also left us with recommendations for breakfast and dinner. We tried them all and each was fantastic. We left feeling like we had gotten the full Florence experience and could ask for nothing more from him.
