Great neighborhood and location. Living area and bathroom were roomy. Large master bedroom. Lots of closet space. Well furnished with dishes, etc. Hosts were super friendly and checked in if we needed anything or to answer questions often via WhatsApp.

Very clean and had everything you need. Nice quiet part of town on a Pedestrian street.

Everything about this stay was wonderful! It is our third time staying here because it is so amazing. The hosts are wonderful. They make you feel at home and know Florence very well and provide terrific advice on cultural activities and places that that only Florentines would know about! The location is fantastic, and everything is within walking distance including museums and the famous Saint'Ambrogio market, the beautiful gardens and all kinds of restaurants and shops! The apartment itself is clean, cheerful yet elegant, and comfortable with everything you need-you can actually cook here comfortably if you want home food. The water pressure and hot water are great, the beds are comfortable, the Wifi works well, and the bathroom is clean and well designed, and there is even a clothes dryer, if you need it, which is a rarity in European air B and Bs. Our experience was superb and we will return for sure!
