The reception / appointments with Manlio were always great. The cold bottles of water (in the fridge) and sandwich with delicious olive oil are very nice when you just arrive! There is also an espresso machine. Neat and spacious room and bathroom and balcony. The location is perfect, especially for train travelers; very close to the station and within walking distance of the old center. Italian (coffee & sandwich) breakfast was well organized and good at the pasticceria across the street. Furthermore, it was very nice that I was able to leave my luggage behind and pick it up just in time for departure.
