Large pretty property, though hard to tell from the outside because of the renovation work currently being done. Good-sized bedroom, comfortable bed, tasty and extensive breakfast, and an excellent and very well-priced restaurant. House wine was pretty good, as was the range of draft beers on tap. Food was a highlight of my stay, along with the helpful staff who provided lots of tips for hiking in the Grand Sasso area and provided detailed maps as well. Definitely a place to stay if you are visiting the Grand Sasso area.
Friendly staff and very relaxing. Location is good and well connected to all the main areas.
What a gem of a hotel to find in the middle of the Gran Sasso national park. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely interested in making guests feel at home. The room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The area around the hotel is just beautiful with gorgeous views of the mountains, and it has maintained its authentic, Italian charm. Thankfully it is not overrun by the masses (and I hope it never will be!). The breakfast in the morning was delicious and more than I expected. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

A beautiful mountain view location. Hotel is equipped with a lift and has a good restaurant with excellent local fare! Abundant breakfast served neatly by the staff. The bar is available for coffee, other beverages and snacks. Room: panoramic view of amazing mountains! Good beds, decor and bath. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Be sure to pet the sweet, black and white cat, who patrols the grounds.
Clean and comfortable room, with a large balcony. The view of the mountains was stunning! The restaurant was fantastic, and had a good beer selection. If that weren't enough, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here!
