The staff were really friendly and professional. They answered our queries in a very knowledgeable and elaborative manner.
I loved how kind the host was, I liked how it was tucked and hidden away from the busy streets, I loved the room as it gave the iconic Venetian vibe. Close to the fish market and Rialto bridge was so nice too.
It is a cute hotel located so close to many cafes, shops, markets on Venezia island. I enjoyed staying at that hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful. So responsive to my questions.
Location is great, staff is nice. We went with my elderly parents and having a stair lift for them was a great plus and we were extremely thankful for it
