As it is named, it is a lovely studio very well located 7 minutes walking from old center of Bologna.
Everything was great. The host was still available. The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything you need for a short stay. Right next to the apartment there were groceries and a wonderful bakery with a cafe. The apartment was close to the center, but at the same time in a quiet location.
Access was easy and the apartment was very nice and clean.
