Luisa was amazing. Very helpful, responsive, gave us tips about the city and tours. She also allowed us to drop off our bags way before our check-in time. The room was bigger than I expected and the bed was sooo comfortable. We had a great time, we will definitely come back.

Michele was very helpful and friendly when I arrived. The hotel was comfortable and clean. I liked the location and easy access to the property. :)

Good location next to the San Benedetto market with. Easy self check-in. Squeaky clean and quiet.

Excellent location, bed very comfortable and amazing customer service. There was a small fridge very useful to keep drinks and snacks and a coffee machine and kettle for warm drinks. Supermarket close(5/10 minutes) and full of coffee bars and fast food places in the area.

Very clean - extensive facilities - clear instructions and excellent reccomendations. Bed was extremely comfy also
