We were a group of five and stayed at the apartment for a week. Paola was a very warm, and welcoming hostess and always offert to help with anything. The apartment is located next to the Trainstation which comes in handy for day trips to Pisa or Lucca, but also makes it a bit of a noisy place to stay. Finding a free parking spot was easy as there is a huge parking lot on the opposite side of the trainstation. Viarregio is a nice smal town, and with its beaches it is a nice place for vacation. We can recommend this place.

the owner was really helpful and responsive at any requested. We had a couple of questions and she was really helpful every time. The apartment is in front of the station of Viareggio and 10 min walking from the beach, so great location!

So close to the train station, very easy for day trips to Pisa and Lucca. Short walk to the Viareggio beach if you wanted to spend the day there and also the big promenade with lots of shops and restaurants. Washing facilities were handy and can get a good cross section of breeze through the appartment. host was communicative and really lovely!

Host gentilissima e molto disponibile. Appartamento molto ampio e ben attrezzato, soprattutto la cucina. Spostandoci in treno, era comodissimo essendo di fronte alla stazione.

Locatie vlakbij station, treintje naar Pisa lost niets en binnen een kwartier ben er. Redelijke loopafatnd van de zee en een geweldige promenade. Eten is erg lekker. Ook de wijk waar je doorheen loopt naar het strand is erg gezellig.. Vooral de sfeer en het leven van de locals is heel leuk. Echt een buitenleven. Appartement lekker eenvoudig traditioneel en schoon.
