The hosts are very nice, fast with communication and super friendly! Check in was easy, the house is incredibly big, clean and it has everything you might need. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend!

Renee was a great host, the groundfloor rooms were very well decorated and comfortable, Kitchen had everything you needed, and the outside terrace was nice to relax in. Ideally situated for visiting Viareggio and surrounding areas. The living areas were a good size with games for kids to play with also. Would definitely visit again. The property is a 20 minute or so walk to Viareggio town, add 20 mins if you have small kids.
Lovely spacious apartment on the first floor with large terrace. Enormous comfortable bed. You are right beside a large park/nature reserve with lots of walking and cycle paths. There are plenty of restaurants within a 15min stroll and the main town is only another 10min away. We hired bikes from a place nearby and cycled to the free beach every day.
