The location allows exploration of Cosenza by foot. The area is quiet at night. There is plenty of discount shopping and restaurants close by (avoid the pizza restaurant downstairs-they have a cover charge). The elevator makes arrival and departure easy. Valerio will take very good care of you. You will find a starter amount of coffee, milk, breakfast crackers and other necessities allowing you a leisurely first few hours after arrival - super nice.

Despite our short stay, Valerio was an excellent host to us. He communicated well throughout our stay and even picked us up from the station which was a big help. He was also flexible with us with check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was well-kept, clean and comfortable overall. The location was great too. We certainly recommend Valerio's place to all travelers coming to Cosenza.

Absolutely the best apartment that I rented in Italy. Honestly, if you need to work in Italy, this is a great spot. Comfortable in an amazing place in the city. The apartment is actually better than mine in San Diego!

If in the area or want to rent something for longer in Italy close to everything, this is it. The owner is amazing, it has central air, the bed is amazing, the couch is great, the internet works amazing

Everything about my stay was wonderful! the apartment very clean, modern, great wifi and great bed. great big tv. i was lost initially and Valerio the owner came to find me and accompany me to room. showed me the features and left plenty of snacks and water. He was available always by phone and he recommended excellent local resturaunts with local cuisine and reasonable cost! parking was private, locked and secure under the apartments. elevator to floors and my room close by. i am old and solo traveler. i will stay again for sure! i felt very secured there.

I am a solo traveler and this place was excellent. It will be hard to beat. It had everything a traveler would want including a place to put your car in an enclosed garage. It was very clean and everything was supplied. I was extremely happy that I chose this wonderful place for my stay to visit so many things in the area.
