loved the location as well as the staff and all of the amenities! the hotel and the garden and view were so beautiful! the breakfast was also incredible!
Everything was perfect, from the beggining till the end. We were very well welcomed. Beautiful garden with lots of vegetables and fruits.
Natural swimming pool is nice.

This was absolutely 1st class. My wife and I felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. We had booked massage and they were fantastic. We were given complimentary bus tickets and there is a chairlift nearby that takes you down to the centre of Merano and along the promenade. The property is spectacular I wished we stayed longer.

Outstanding friendliness of the staff, very delicious breakfast buffet with a broad variety of choices including a lot of local food. The setting on the terrace is superb, how better to start the day watching the valley of Meran with a hearty breakfast? The dinner menus also are incredible. Together with the delicious cocktails from the bar ... unforgettable.
