The apartment is very spacious with large living room, dining room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, second living room, kitchen, and all kinds of appliances you may need. And the location is unbeatable, only 4 mins walk to the Duomo and everything downtown Florence is walkable from here (we literally walked to every single tourist spots on our list). The owner is very helpful and hospitable. This is our favorite place during our Italy trip. If we do come back one day, we’ll definitely book here again.

We stayed almost a week in this area and the apartment felt like home to us. The location was amazing... we were right in the thick of tourist activities near the Duomo in Florence. We had a coffee shop and restaurants just steps away from our door. There was always something going on in the plaza just below the apartment. Shopping just steps away. Sergio even advised us where a local cheaper grocery was located to help us save on last minute items.

This was an ideal location, in the historic center, adjacent to the Medici chapels, just a few blocks from Duomo, near the Accademia, and close to the train station. The apartment was super comfortable.

The location is excellent, we walked to all attractions. We liked the retro style of the apartment, the furniture and the medieval pictures on the walls.

The apartment is very spacious. Several evenings musicians would play in the square below. Sergio was a very helpful host, offering advice on several questions that I had related to our travel plans. If we return to Florence, we would happily stay here again.
