I really liked that Ninetta a Toledo was close to a Metro. It was easy to go to Napoli Cetrale to take a train. Also we walked to the port and got ferry to Capri & Sorrento. The apartment was clean and renovated. Massimo (the host) was a great guy and made everything easy.

The apartment was perfectly clean, comfortable, and seemed recently renovated. We especially appreciated the cleanliness with two young children. The location was great with lots of amazing shopping and restaurants on the next street over (via Toledo). The owners helped bring our luggage up the stairs which was very kind.

Comfortable bed, nice balcony, and large, clean & modern bathroom. Very convenient location for walking to many tourist areas including the central city plaza, San Carlos theater, one of the castles and Cafe Gambrinus. Many good restaurants nearby. No parking available to my knowledge, which we didn't need. Owner's son met us with the keys after we called and waited 15-20 minutes. Room is on the 4th floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage up. (No elevator) Owner arranged a very early (4:45am) taxi to the airport for us, which worked perfectly and was much appreciated!

The location is incredible - right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. Moments from some of the best restaurants and an authentic feel of Napoli. The host, Massimo was very helpful. He carried my suitcase upstairs on arrival, which is really kind. The house is well equipped and furnished. The AC is strong The balcony looks down onto a typical narrow street of Napoli, with washing hanging along the street. As you’re on the 4th floor there is very little noise. You feel like a local when you stay here, I 100% recommend staying here and hope to come back.

Beautiful, clean accommodation in a great location. Massimo is very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone :)
