Leonardo was a superlative, professional host! An excellent communicator and thorough in his explanation of the different features of the apartment, he provided helpful literature regarding what to see, do, and where to dine. Old Convent in Via De Neri offers a terrific location and launching pad to explore the many delights of Firenze: literally steps away from the Uffizi, fantastic culinary delights, the Duomo, and walking distance to Santa Maria Novella railway station. Flat is stylishly and thoughtfully outfitted with excellent bathroom facilities, washing machine, cold A/C, excellent, reliable Wi-Fi connection, water filter, ample linens and household supplies, even a functioning classical guitar! Despite the highly bustling nature of the Via de Neri area, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet: occasional street sounds, but nothing that disturbed us. We greatly enjoyed our visit and hope to return soon!

Leonardo was an amazing host and was there to greet us, explain the operation of all appliances, and provide easy access via phone or text if we needed additional information. The apartment was exceptionally clean. The location was closed to iconic destinations and many dining options.

Very central location: 5 minutes walk from both Palazzo Vecchio and Basilica di Santa Croce, and only a block or 2 away from the riverside. Excellent amenities, with full kitchen (stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, etc) and washer, very convenient for longer stays.
