Очень удобная и функциональная квартира, все новое и из IKEA. Прекрасное наполнение кухни, никакой экономии, можно заезжать с минимумом для приготовления еды (соль, специи, масло, уксусы и пр. присутствуют). Из съемных квартир, пожалуй, это лучшее место проживание за мою жизнь. В остальном тоже все на высоте - 55'' OLED телевизор, bluetooth колонка.
Ближайшая бесплатная дневная парковка - недалеко магазины LIDL/PENNY, или у дома с 19.00 до 9.00, в остальное время 1.20 евро в час.

A very clean and well-equipped apartment, located within walking distance of the city center and just 5 minutes from Parma train station.
The owner was very nice and helpful
Amazing place to stay, especially if you are looking for a quiet, private place close to the train station and city centre. The location is quite safe even during the night; to reach it easily and safely, I recommend to exit the train station from the lowest floor towards NH hotel (btw, NH hotel provides excellent luggage storage service at the reception) and then turn right, it takes max. 5 min by walk. The appartment is modern, sunny, fully equiped (except the washing machine) including some small snacks, tea and coffee. I was a bit nervous about the self-checkin, but instructions were clear and easy to follow. I plan to choose this appartment again on my next visit to Parma.
