I loved everything about this place. The technology in the room is on another level. I was impressed by the cleanliness, the great customer service from the staff and how beautiful the room was. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me. I will definitely go back.
Extremely clean and spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, room was ready early which was a PLUS, full sized blow dryer in the bathroom, amazing location just steps from the fountain!
The location was absolutely phenomenal! 100 meters from the Trevi Fountain, 600 meters from the Spanish stairs and 1.5 km from the Coliseum. The staff were really nice and the room felt like a boutique hotel. Warmed up floors and Netflix were a pleasant surprise as well.
They are friendly and helpful, and kind! Everyone was wonderful!
