Lovely family run boutique hotel. I enjoyed the staffing team and Sylvia was so helpful and patient. The views are incredible and the location is idyllic. It was peaceful and deeply relaxing.
This hotel was beautiful! It has a boutique feel and is right in the Montefalco piazza. Silvia at the desk checked us in and out quickly and gave us helpful suggestions. She even showed me one of the special rooms that they have which was really special. Colazione was beautiful and delicious, great caffe, and cheerful service. Montefalco was our first stop in Italia and I would return if I ever get the chance. I would definitely stay at Palazzo Bontadosi again.

It’s small and intimate with a very helpful staff
Being on the piazza of Montefalco was really enjoyable, and the walk from parking was not far at all. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the pastries were very fresh and tasty. The staff was warm and accommodating. My room was quite sizable, which was terrific.
Beautiful property in the main square in Montefalco. The rooms are gorgeous and the service is outstanding. Will definitely stay there again.
