Excellent Location and Modern Comfort.
The apartment is situated in a prime location within walking distance of the city center. It is housed in a beautiful, modern building and features a secure underground garage, which is a significant advantage. The interior is exceptionally clean, stylishly furnished, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is particularly comfortable, and the air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
Conveniently, both Lidl and Aldi are just a 5-minute walk away, and there's a charming coffee shop right on the corner. The apartment exceeded expectations and looks even better in person than in the photos.

The house is in super good condition, it has everything I needed and was in a very quiet area. The best for me was the parking site in the underground floor of the building, with an elevator directly to the apartment floor. The owner is also attentive and helped when needed

The apartament is comfortable and clean (in reality looks even better than in pictures). We found everything we need to feel like home. It is close to the city center ~20minutes walking distance and the area is very safe. The owner was very helpful and he answered quickly to all our requests. Thank you.
It is close to everything you need (public transport, shops, restaurants, etc.). The property has a private underground parking place but not suited for cars like VW Passat or bigger. We found all the things we needed. The owner answered very fast to any of our request.
